Claire Montanaro, as well as being a channel for spirit and spiritual teacher, is an experienced Reiki Master and Reiki classes are taught regularly, usually in Wales. Reiki is a gentle, perfect laying-on-of-hands method of natural healing. It is neither faith healing nor psychic healing but is an automatic flow of universal energy through the hands of a practitioner to the object of healing.

rit release is a powerful therapy that encompasses many different techniques. Working as a facilitator with the client, Semele gently removes anything that is interfering with the client's spirit (which could be anything from spirit or entity attachment, emotional or physical trauma, through to memories or belief systems) and restores the client's spirit to wholeness and health according to their individual needs. This may include, for example, inner child work, sub-personality exploration, or soul retrieval.
