The Miracle of a Double Rainbow

Seeing a single rainbow is always special, but to witness a double rainbow is a rare phenomenon which deserves to be called a miracle.

It was a gift that was given to me in recent days when I was out in the Welsh hills with a friend. It had been a wet day and we were driving in the rain when from nowhere a double rainbow arc appeared by our side. It was like no other rainbow I had seen before, very large and almost solid in its appearance, the pure colours distinctive in each band. What was most extraordinary was the light beneath the archway of the rainbow: it was so luminous it was unearthly. The whole thing was breathtaking, and words cannot describe adequately the beauty and majesty of the sight. The picture, here, I took on my phone shows a part of the arc only and does not do justice to the colours.

A double rainbow is a symbol of transformation, an indication in its two arcs of the material world and the spiritual world coming together in the perfect act of union, and is highly auspicious. What better evidence could we have that the planetary transition is under way, guided by a loving Spirit, and that all will be well?
