Seeing Two Suns

Written by Claire Montanaro.

An explosion of internet chatter erupted in the last few days when a man in Taiwan claimed to see two suns side by side, and filmed them.

While the video looks convincing, so much so it was shown on Taiwanese television and is sought after viewing on YouTube, there is no doubt also that this second sun could be the result of light and reflection only, a mirage or even a mirror. Nonetheless for some pessimists it is proof the end of the world is coming while for sceptics it is proof it is not.

Wild stories, inevitably, are in circulation as 2012 approaches and the smallest aberration from the norm is being used to support all sorts of extraordinary theories. Much of it is dramatic hyperbole, but beneath the speculation there is the truth that the world is undergoing a cycle of change at all levels, and that change can be uncomfortable particularly when it depends on the unexpected by way of cause and outcome. At such times anything can happen, and it is good to accept this with equanimity and with trust while continuing to make the most of your life and the opportunities that come with change.

Humans know so little. There is a vastness of cosmic knowledge and experience that the limited minds of Man cannot reach. When as part of the transition of Gaia it touches you, as it will, it may be shocking to glimpse what has been beyond your comprehension until now and to realise how much more lies beyond your third dimensional world of familiarity and limitation. Let the shock be the precursor to joy as the veil of oblivion falls from your eyes, allowing the truth to be seen.

Part of that truth concerns the Sun and the Source, and what lies behind Them. The Taiwanese video may be false, but the premise that two suns exist is not.
