Being weary

A number of people I have talked to recently have told me how tired they are - exhausted to the bone.  While the earth's energetic changes will account for this to a certain degree, if your weariness has become more pronounced in the last couple of weeks, then it is very likely it is because your soul is working overtime to help the dead and grieving people of Haiti.

Many souls there will be struggling still to find ther way Home, shocked by the abruptness of the events which caused their physical anchor, the body, to be crushed, buried in many cases in rubble then mass graves, unidentified, unmourned, seemingly forgotten.  The rituals of death, including honour and farewells, are important for an easy passage to the next dimension.   When this does not or cannot happen, souls can find it hard to make the transition and may need help to do so.

Helping souls to be released is a specialised form of healing and must not be undertaken, consciously and intentionally, by those who are not trained for this difficult work, such as shamans.  However, when there is a huge need in a particular place, such as Haiti, then many light-workers will be helping in their own way without necessarily knowing it, while they are sleeping or even watching television, times when their own souls are free to go where they can do most good.  Some will help the bereaved, some will help the injured and dying, some will help the aid workers, some indeed will help the passage of lost souls, and some will help the land.   

You do not need to know how, precisely, you are helping.  Please know, anyone who is reading this Commentary, that you are doing so much more than giving a donation and sending your prayers.  When you are tired beyond words, remember that.
