Seeds of God

Written by Claire Montanaro.

In Britain, at least, there is a feeling of relaxation, almost torpor, as the country enjoys a long period of idyllic weather and looks forward to a royal wedding and a long holiday for many.

There is a sense of unreality about it also, almost as if it is too good to be true. It is the stuff of dreams and romance and childhood memory as, here, the air is filled with the chatter of birds calling and nesting, the skies are a vivid clear blue, bees hum as they forage in the heathers, the trees are clad in delicate bright new leaves and the temperature is balmy. Yes, it is beautiful and after a hard winter it is wonderful to have windows and doors open all day and to eat outside comfortably. It reminds me, poignantly, about how blessed we are to live on this wonderful planet and how often we forget.

This period of grace is a gift and marks a turning point at this time of transition and transformation. It is as if God has paused mid-breath and is waiting to exhale, and when this happens the roller coaster of acceleration will take off again and anything could occur.

The Plan of God continues meanwhile with purpose and determination: while we sleep and dream and bask much is happening of cosmic importance, and many seeds of light are being planted in anticipation of what lies ahead. One of those seeds may be for you.
