Honouring the vehicle of our Soul
Our movement to higher dimensional levels and the integration of soul and spirit is resulting in a growing physical sensitivity and refinement, and as souls become increasingly visible in our human world, nutritional balance is going to become more and more important over the coming years, starting from now.
It is quite a conundrum that, just as our bodies are crying out for pure and high vibrational nourishment to sustain and assist our transition, food and water are polluted by chemicals and drugs, are mass-produced with no regard for the life force within them and, soon, will become scarce, creating further demand for industrial scale production and cloning. There are ways around this: organic farming will continue to develop (though pricing will be an issue for a while yet) and people will find ways whereby, perhaps in groups and communities, they can grow their own fruit and vegetables. Hopefully, too, awareness will increase of the harm in the use of chemicals for food production, even nitrogen which is used extensively to condition our depleted soils but which is dangerous to our health, and more natural ways to work with the earth will become prevalent.
The splits are here now, the splits between those who choose (or sadly, have to choose because of circumstances) their food for convenience and price and those who choose it for its purity and quality; splits between the scientific approach to growing food and the natural one, and splits between those who understand the importance of good nourishment and those who don’t care. The debate is polarised and will become more so, particularly as the physical suffering which comes from poor eating habits becomes more prevalent and apparent.
Those who ignore the demands of their bodies for purity and simplicity will find the shared journey towards Gaia’s ascension very hard - if not impossible. The body is the vehicle for the soul, and the soul, now, wants to have the best one in order for it to be seen, in all its beauty and perfection and to help it on its onward journey. Dirty windows and junk just will not do, now.

... Thanks Claire, as you know I tried to ignore very clear messages from my body, thinking I could deal with it "later". So my body had to talk to me louder...very painful experience! I challenge you and your readers to a simple exercice : try to eat with your eyes closed, using your sense of smell and taste only. Even try to smell the food with your eyes closed before you eat it and see if it still appeals this way. |
