Becoming Visible to the World

Written by Claire Montanaro.

It was no coincidence that Wikileaks revelations over abuses inflicted during the Iraq War came at the time of the full moon this weekend, just as a major cycle of obfuscation and false perception was coming to an end.

The fall-out will continue at least until the new moon on 6th November, and after this time the veil of illusion will begin to come down dramatically, extending well into 2011 and beyond. While it will be political, financial, religious, sporting and celebrity  headlines that will catch the attention, the principles underlying the new era of transparency apply equally to each of us. Truth will out.

Some parts of our lives are intensely personal and not everything we do or experience needs to be shared, but if we conduct ourselves with integrity and a spirit of kindness, not pretending to be something we are not, our open-ness of heart and soul will in themselves provide all the transparency we need in this new cycle of time, and whatever spotlight may be shone upon us  will serve only to intensify the light of who we are, for all to see.

Dear Claire
I look forward to greater transparency in all areas but especially within our own beings. As we open our hearts, our souls heal and rejoice. Loving-kindness, with ourselves and with others, is a bridge to healing for all and creates an ever-widening ripple of inspiration. Soon the light and love, which is our essential nature, will flood the world. May it be so. With love and gratitude, Marta.
