A rabbit showing the way ahead
While I do not like the idea of animal experimentation, I was interested to hear today about a rabbit with a broken leg which had been treated with its own stem cells. As a result the break healed fully within four weeks and the animal recovered fully.
I have long been of the belief that we have within us the ability and resources to heal ourselves and to regenerate without the need for outside invasive intervention. Every time we go the doctor, ingest chemical medications or undergo surgery we are disempowering ourselves, giving our power away because we believe there is no alternative. Of course, for now, there will continue to be a need for this sort of service, but the more we can look after ourselves or find natural healing - without endangering our life! - the better. What is important in these new approaches and technologies is that we use what is naturally within us and do not use what is sourced from an animal or indeed another human.
A new approach to medicine such as this would be radical and may sound unrealistic. It is what occurred before, however, when the priest-kings guided a young human race, and I believe it is what lies ahead and not so far away. Today's news, therefore, is another indicator of the opportunities that lie ahead to be who we are in every sense of the phrase, and is truly to be welcomed.
