EU economies
I sense some finger-pointing at Greece and the economic position she finds herself in. I feel for the land and the nation, which are the the forerunners once again for cutural and political change.
It is not understood, perhaps because people don't want to think about it, how far other EU countries will find themselves similarly placed including, possibly, the UK. Now is the time to confront the situation and to acknowledge where the potential for disintegration lies - and then to devise a bold and imaginative plan to resolve it. No-one wishes to do this for short term political reasons.
When the time comes, it will be far more difficult as a result, but the opportunity for fundamental change will be that much greater - forced upon us but good nonetheless.
