Mercury retrograde

One of the responses I received to my comments on the impact of the Icelandic volcano refers to the part Mercury being retrograde plays in all this.  Yes indeed - and it explains also why the British election campaign is disintegrating into confusion which is close to farce.

This is the beginning of the Great Change, and it will continue far beyond the time when Mercury rectifies itself.   Expect disruption for months - and not just to flights - , and expect social change in attitude and conduct also as a result.   Additionally, there is talk of taxpayers throughout Europe bailing out the airline industry - but other industries will suffer also.  When do the bail-outs stop?   Will taxpayers allow it to go on?

Meanwhile, yesterday I ordered extra supplies of my cat's essential medication - just in case.
